A note from our CEO…
As I sat at our place of worship at the age of 8 years I had a flutter in my heart. The missionaries that I would learn about in magazines making a difference all of over the world was what I knew in my big heart that I wanted to do.
I remember walking down to the front of our little country church and announced the call to be a missionary. Not long after that announcement those dreams were crushed. I was 8 and couldn’t drive obviously. Many told me that being a missionary wasn’t a reality. It was also around this same time that I found out that I was adopted. A double whammy. The lies I told myself became truth in my life. I ended up letting those lies from the very enemy himself drive a wedge between me and my Heavenly Father.
Those lies led me down a very destructive path. A path that I should not be alive today. But God…
Fast forward many years later here I am serving with an amazing community of difference makers. A community that desires to see every life to be sacred, valued, and welcomed. I am thankful to join arms with difference makers who pave the way to help brave families choose life for their children.

When going through a life-altering moment, there's peace in knowing that someone once stood where you are standing now. We have all faced the voices that wanted to destroy us. For the single teenage girl with an unplanned pregnancy, or the person who has walked through abandonment, or the person who is completely broken, A Voice that Kills is based on a true story of a woman who almost let the voice of the enemy take her life and the life of her own daughter. From one negative voice after the other, Valerie shares how we can overcome the voices that want to kill, steal, and destroy our lives by pointing it back to the Voice of Truth, the Holy Spirit, our helper.
The devil calls us by our sin, shame, and guilt, but Jesus Christ calls us by our name: His beloved daughter or son. Overflowing with the hope we can all have in Jesus, A Voice that Kills will help anyone going through past or present hurts to walk in the redemptive story that is waiting on them.

We need to use our voice of compassion and truth to save lives. We have been silent for far too long. Your voice is needed and could be the very one that leads them to know about our Heavenly Father. We can be a part of many great missions, but it is great to be a part of something so much bigger and that is the Great Commission. God has a story within you. Maybe it isn’t with the pregnancy help community. Regardless, your voice is needed.
